Newly built PC is underperforming

Alright, so I built my first Gaming Computer expecting it to be able to run games smoothly but its not. I play League of Legends, a game that is not very demanding and I get horrible FPS (10-40) when I know I should get at least 100. I ran a 3D Mark benchmark test and here were the results:

Try updating to the latest WHQL driver.

did you plug your monitor into the onboard video instead of the video card, thus using the crappy intel graphics?
Is your nvidia driver the latest downloaded from nvidia website?

The Firestrike report he linked detects his GTX 960, and a driver version of "9.18.13.4788". I'm not familiar with this kind of Nvidia numbering for their drivers, but after a quick Google search, it seems to be a couple of months old.

I am using the latest Nvidia drivers and yes Im plugged into my graphics card.
