Hey guys!
So I've somewhat finished my system, and ran into the following problem: When I start the pc, the EZ debug led (msi b450 tomahawk II) on my mobo stays red on cpu (R7 2700x) for around 3-4 seconds, then the pc boots just fine. After booting, when I launch an application, the pc freezes, then it's trying to relaunch explorer.exe a few times, which results in a blinking screen. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance

latest bios?
fresh os install? latest chipset driver?
full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

2020 bios, fresh on install, latest chipset driver found on msi's website.
Cpu: r7 2700x
Mobo: msi b450 tomahawk max II
Ram: 1x Corsair vengeance rgb pro 16gb running at 2667mhz
Psu: be quiet! Pure power 11 600w 80+gold
Ssd: Samsung 980 500gb

2020? the original bios?
The bios version is: E7C02AMS.H00
The bios build date is 09/17/2020

Also a little update: When I try to launch League the issue comes, but when browsing, or using dc, or steam, nothing happens...
Edit 2: Minecraft also boots up just fine (tried this title, because I know it's cpu heavy)

is the ram running on xmp/docp speed?
check the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game.
1 stick of ram going to hurt the performance
The ram is running at 2667mhz, at it's base clock
The temps of the cpu is 38c idle, which spikes up to 47c, when I log in. Gpu stays in the high 30s.
Maybe the temperature is the problem? Would it spike into dangerous numbers within a second or so?
Also one thing I've noticed is everytime the system boots, something is disconnecting
