First off, I'm new to the site, and have probably done everything wrong there is to do with this thread, please excuse and correct me where necessary.

So I'll admit, I'm a bit of a novice to building PC's, just finished my first one aaand it won't boot up. Wonderful.

This is what I know:
• My components are all compatible, I've spent several hours in phone calls alone to verify that, not to mention other various hours of research. Here is my list if this information is necessary:

CPU: Intel - Core i7-6800K 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: NZXT - Kraken X62 Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus - X99-A II ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
Storage: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 1TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card: Asus - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB STRIX GAMING Video Card
Case: NZXT - S340 Elite (White) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Case Fan: NZXT - Aer RGB120 61.4 CFM 120mm Fan
Case Fan: NZXT - Aer RGB120 61.4 CFM 120mm Fan
Case Accessory: NZXT - Hue+ LED Controller

• Some of the screws for my standoffs have actually broken inside the case. I don't have a clue how this happened, and I'm sure this will be a good laugh for some. My theory is that I may have over tightened them, and some part of the screw and the head broke off. I'm working in the NZXT S340 Elite, which comes with standoffs. I recall reading somewhere that this can cause shorting, however I do not feel that's the case, as I have removed the broken screws from the case, leaving my motherboard bolted in in four places, and any of the broken screws are not making contact with the motherboard [that I'm aware of], and the PC powers on, it just won't boot up.

• The BIOS is updated to the latest version. I had to update it because my CPU wasn't compatible with my motherboard out of the box.

This is what happens when I turn it on:

• When I power the PC on, I immediately notice the power button being unnecessary, the moment I flip the PSU on, the PC comes on. Pressing the button does nothing. I don't know if this is normal, but without an OS, I brushed it off. I'm mentioning it here just in case.

• None of my fans power on, case fans and GPU fans alike. Again, I don't know if this is normal.

• When I have the Video Card plugged in to a display, no matter how long I wait nothing ever shows up.

If anyone has any suggestions, please follow up, I'm in desperate need of assistance.

Update #1:

I tested my RAM in a friend's computer, and it turns out my RAM isn't functional. I also tested my friend's RAM in my computer, and can confirm there's still a problem with the PC. I have replacement RAM on the way.

Solution
Try taking the board outside the case and leaving only the CPU and CPU fan installed, both 24 and 8 pin power cables connected. When ready, post back.
Of course, if you think it would help.
