[SOLVED] Newly built PC only boots with 1 ram stick

Specs:
ASRock B650 PG Lightning
Ryzen 7600
7700 XT
2x T-Force Vulcan 16gb 6000MHz CL30
Corsair RM750x power supply

When using both ram sticks in the slots A2 and B2 - as the manual instructs - it tries to power on, gets the fans spinning a bit, turns on cpu and ram debug lights as it should when booting, then completely turns off for some reason. It then tries to boot again and the same thing occurs. It does this a couple of times before giving up and stops shutting down. It is then left with the two red debug lights lit, the cpu fan spinning alone as well as a screen that hasn't turned on yet. My question is basically, what do I do?

Some notes:
I cannot enter bios whilst two sticks are used.
I have tested each ram stick individually and they boot perfectly fine.
I have tested one of them in memtest86+ without errors, but couldn't get it to open while using both at the same time.
I have inspected the ram slots for debris and did not see anything.
I have not inspected the cpu for bent pins as I consider that a last resort. (I'm a first time builder and it was a little hard to figure out where the cooling stuff had to go)
Putting the sticks in A1 and B1 didn't work.
Using a single stick in A2 does not work (the manual recommends B2)
I have updated the bios to the most recent stable build (3.10)
I have tried turning on and off xmp and Expo as well as increasing the voltage to 1.4V, nothing made a difference.

I am aware that my sticks are not part of the memory QVL list of the motherboard, however I am fairly sure that the 5600Mhz version of them are in said list, so without knowing a whole lot about QVL stuff I assumed it would be fine. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Are these two sticks from a matched set or are they two random sticks ?

Since there is a slot that a single stick does not work in, I think you are going to have to check the CPU socket.
That CPU does have integrated graphics. I would pull the graphics card to simplify, and ensure the weight of the card is not bending the motherboard.

Here are some pictures I just took after disassembling it. Hope they help.

Socket looks fine.
Try something less obvious like putting sticks in B1 and B2 first. Because for now it looks like the only working slot is B2 which would be extremely strange. Generally no matter what mobo manual suggests the system should boot with one stick in any slot.

I got it working! After assembling it again it just works at it should with the ram in B2 and A2. I guess I tightened the cooler too tight and it bent the ram slots close to the cpu or something. I haven't tested xmp yet, but that can come later.
Thanks for the help 😀
