Newly built pc only turns on for a split second, then shuts off.

Just built a new computer and when I go to turn it on, it only lights up and spins the fans for a split second. Then it just stops. I have a video demonstrating this issue here. https://youtu.be/9a6aUwOpVLM Any help would be appreciated!
