I built a PC yesterday and attempted to run it, but nothing would show on either of the monitors I tried to use. I don't know what the issue is and I have no idea of what to do.

Here are my specs:
Cpu: AMD Ryzen 3 1200 w/ stock cooler
Mobo: AsRock AB350M Pro4
RAM: 1 8gb stick Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 2666
GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 3gb SC Gaming ACX 2.0 Single Fan
Storage: 128gb Adata SU800 M.2, 1TB WD blue HDD
Case: Rosewill FBM-X1
PSU: Corsair CX550M 80+ bronze semi modular

Some other things worth noting are that the ram stick is in the A1 Slot and when it was in the A2 slot, which I have heard is the correct slot, the PC would beep three times, which from what I have read means that the RAM is not in the right slot. There are no beeps when the PC is turned on. All the case fans, as well as the CPU cooler, spin properly, and the gpu fan did spin at one point after idling for a while. The PC has idled for over an hour at times and still did not POST. My gaming mouse's LEDs light up when connected to a rear usb port, so the PC does allow for peripherals to be used. However, the LEDs on the mouse didn't light up when it was plugged into a front usb port. Repositioning parts in the PC is also really hard since my Corsair power supply has these massive nonremovable cables that block things easily, especially the RAM. The case also uses a hard drive and SSD rack that isn't removable and blocks off a portion of the inside of the case, making it very hard to work in.

In conclusion, the PC does not beep, does not send a signal to monitors, and does send a signal to objects plugged into the rear usb ports. I need help getting it to show something on a monitor.

Yes there is an internal speaker connected to the mobo. I reset the CLASS battery and there still isn't a thing showing up on the monitor no matter how many times I hit the monitor's power button. Actually I have been forgetting about that monitor's power cable, though on the other monitor I did use the cable. I will try it with the cable and if it doesn't work, then I'll need further guidance.
