Newly built PC problem with monitor signal not detected

Hi All,

Currently I just have a newly built PC but monitor message show "No Signal Detected" with black screen.

Computer build up items:
ASUS Z97 Deluxe motherboard
ASUS Geforce GTX760 2gb
Kingston 2x8gb DDR3 Ram
Intel i7 4790 4Ghz

Display card connected to monitor using DVI cable .

Please Le me know if you could help.

Did you try removing the graphic card and using the on-board card. To me it seems like the graphic card problem?

I have tried on my old graphic card and monitor, both still gave me message from monitor "no signal detected".

I suspect motherboard compatibility issue or defective?

The only thing I haven't try is the inboard graphic card because the motherboard only have mini and normal display port.

May be I will try HDMI to my TV later.

Was this monitor working before? If it was then the graphic card is faulty.

What I have tried connected with all new built items above:
- no beep sound detected
- motherboard is running because it got an switch to the board that I use to turn on and off. Asus z97-deluxe
- tried with old graphic card - still giving no signal detected from the monitor.
- is an old monitor benq xl2411 - still can run on my previous pc - DVI cable checked ok.
- new power supply Corsair RM650 with correct 6+2 pin connected with green leg light up on graphic card Asus Geforce Direct CU II 2GB

Will try later:
- inboard graphic with Mini DisplayPort to DVI to my monitor - need to get one later
- unplug everything except motherboard, graphic card, CPU to power supply later.
- unplug CPU and reinstall again

After all I found the solution.

I forgot to plug in power point into CPU.
