Hello!

Built my PC about two months ago, have played multiple different games on it and have had no issues until a few weeks ago. My computer keeps crashing/rebooting randomly, sometimes it happens a few times a day, sometimes once a week. Usually the screen goes black and directly reboots, but once I received a blue screen displaying Video TDR Failure. The problem has only occurred while gaming so far.

Quick note: The website i used to order all my computer parts supposedly ensures that all of your components are compatible with one another. I ordered my RAM without looking at my motherboards manufacturers website if it is compatible with my specific choice of RAM and it did not show up on their list. Could this be the problem?

Things i have already tried:
  • Running memory diagnostics tool / results said no problems detected
  • Updating everything including motherboard chipset drivers
  • Have used Radeon software to monitor temperatures, utilization, power usage, etc. everything seemed to be just fine.
It pains me to have this problem on my new PC! I would really appreciate it if anyone of you could help me find a solution, I apologize if I have left out any important information. I am not too tech savvy.

PC Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT Red Dragon. BIOS OC setting, set by manufacturer.
Motherboard: ASRock B550 Steel Legend
RAM: Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz CL15 Vengeance
PSU: Bitfenix Whisper M 750W
Windows 10 Version 10.0.19041
