Heyo, I've been trying to troubleshoot my crashing and so on for a few hours now with no luck.

Here's my system specs to start off:
B450M DS3H
Ryzen 5 1600
G Skill Ripjaws V 16GB @ 3200 mHz (F4-3200C16D-16GVRB)
Zotac 1650 Super 4GB
Corsair CV550
Seagate Barracuda Compute 2TB HDD
and a few fans from UpHere.

So far, I've done a couple memory diagnostics, I'm up to date with my BIOS version, updated my Chipset, made sure I have my needed drivers, reinstalled my games, reset the PC, ran a Virus scan, underclocked my GPU, ran a scan on my HDD with no errors, ran a defrag, and I think that's where I'm at now. I've also made sure im not throttling my system by not running at more than 4gb of VRAM.

Not exactly sure about where to go from here to be honest, so I could definitely use a bit of help.

FIXED

Set XMP for a 3200mHz OC which the mobo supports
Rolled back my game ready geforce drivers to 446.14
and Disabled the GFE Overlay which can be found in the settings of GeForce Experience
