newly built pc starts for 20 seconds then shuts off and restarts and repeats the cycle

I just built a new gaming pc. The fans spin including the ones on my gtx 1080. It is all lit up and spins for 20 seconds shuts off and restarts within 2 seconds anyone have any advice?

you forgot the eps cable.

nexto your cpu on the motherboar d( probably an 8 or 4 pin)

like they said maybe connector is not plugged in all the way or possibly cpu not in all the way. Do u get any beeps or error codes
