[SOLVED] Newly built pc turns on but doesn't display to monitor

I just built my first pc. I have followed the instructions to install all parts very carefully. All fans inside the case and the led lights are working when powered on, but it will not display to my monitor through the motherboard's vga or dvi ports.
My specs:
2 SK hynix Gold S31 500GB 3D NAND 2.5 inch SATA III Internal SSDs
Intel Celeron G4920 Desktop Processor 2 Core 3.2GHz LGA1151 300 Series 54W BX80684G4920
2 Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR4 RAM
MSI Performance Gaming Intel 8th Gen Z370 Gaming Plus motherboard

Do you know if the motherboard has BIOS version 7B61v13, or newer installed?

I would try magical trick with unplugging it from mains, hold start button more than 30 sec and plug it back and see what happens, then do the same with removing RAM modules one by one, see what happens - even new RAM can be faulty. Then - remove CMOS battery, put it back - and see what happens. After all that - I would check BIOS and supported cpu's 😀 Also - I will make sure that the monitor is working like check mains cable for blown fuse. In my experience - when you are so sure what you are doing - you start to expect all problems to be something hard, but sometimes it really be just not properly plugged connection or blown fuse. Or night of full moon
