Question Newly built PC turns on but fans don't work and there is no display ?

Specs:

Apevia ATX-PR800 prestige 800W 80+gold
ASRock B450 Pro4
Corsair Vengeance2x8 ddr4 3200
Nzxt case
Ryzen 5 3600

I was trying to unplug and reconnect everything but now it won't even power on. please help, thank you.

There's no display because you haven't installed a GPU (unless you forgot to list it in the specs).
Ryzen 5 3600 does not have an integrated graphics chip so a GPU is essential.

I can't help with the other issues except to say that Apevia power supplies are poor quality.
