Hey I have recently built my first gaming PC. I have everything working such as all the fans and LEDs thanks to tom's checklist but I can't seem to get any visual to a monitor. All of my components are:

RAM(1 stick): G.SKILL 8GB Aegis 288-Pin DDR4 PC4-19200 2400MHZ For Intel Z170 Platform / Intel X99 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-2400C15S-8GIS

Power Supply: EVGA 500 W1, 80+ WHITE 500W, 3 Year Warranty, Power Supply 100-W1-0500-KR

Hard Drive: WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch Desktop Hard Drive (WD10EZEX)

Mother board: Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel H110 Micro ATX DDR4 Motherboard GA-H110M-A

CPU: Intel 3.70 GHz Core i3-6100 3M Cache Processor (BX80662I36100)

Graphics card: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 2GB OC Graphic Card (GV-N1050OC-2GD)

Case: Rosewill ATX Case Mid Tower Computer Case Gaming Computer Case GUNGNIR, Black/Red

I've isolated the problem but still don't know whats wrong. With only the motherboard I have connected, the atx 24pin, the cpu and stock cooler, and the atx 12v. With the atx 12v connected, it turns on for 20 seconds then turns off and repeats this process on its own. With the 12v atx disconnected it stays on. Any ideas?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yea i'm use the monitor daily but the video output is the 2nd issure. My main problem is that the motherboard turns on for 20 seconds and then turns off and repeats this process. It does this with the 12V ATX cable connected but it stays on with the 12V ATX cable disconnected.

I've replaced the board and have the same issue. From what i've read the only options would be the CPU (which people say is rare if all the pins look fine) and the Power supply.
