[SOLVED] Newly built pc turns on for 30 seconds, then restarts.

Hello, I am a new pc builder and this is my issue. I hit the power button, the system turns on, but no post, then it turns off in 30 seconds, then turns on again. It repeats this forever. I have trouble shooted everything from the cmos battery, the ram not being installed correctly, to the front panel io arrangement. I believe it is my power supply but I do not know. Any ideas would help a lot. Thank you in advance

ryzen 5 2600, asrock b450 pro4, Radeon XFX 570, t force team ddr4 3000 MHz 16g, thermaltake smart series 430w power supply, raidmax vortex case.

I would suspect that PSU, it's marginal in power output as well as make/model.

Thanks, I ordered a 600w power supply and got a full refund on the other one.
