Question Newly Built PC Turns On, no Display

Hello everyone,

I am a bit new to building PCs and not fully antiquated with everything though not entirely computer illiterate either. I feel a bit dumb for having to come to this but here are my issues since I cannot solve what is wrong with my first build:

It won't display anything on my monitor despite it appearing to be turned on. Every peripheral device (ie mouse and keyboard, etc) seem to be working since they are lighted up, motherboard lights up as well, and the fans all seem to turn on without issue.

I have:
1)Taken apart everything from scratch and plugged everything back in and ensured I did not miss any steps
2) checked the HDMI cables which I am using for my display (which also work)
3)Turned off and on PSU
4)Checked the monitor
5) Ensured both RAM and GPU are sitted well onto the MoBoard
6)I was actually able to restart my PC my pressing F10 for 8 seconds, pressing the down arrow key three times, and hitting the enter button twice but still nothing shows on the screen.

I have not:
  1. Tested the PSU
  2. Checked the CPU or taken it into full consideration (I really hope it isn't the issue)
Any other things I should look for? Any help would be very much appreciated - I am desperately in need of it!

Second picture i don't see a video cable connected to the graphics card, is it hiding? I do see a bunch of cables up top and one cable looking like it's from the monitor, you haven't plugged hdmi cable to the motherboard have you? Motherboard wont route video from the gpu.

Second photo has the HDMI being connected to the MoBoard where the ports are. Those other cables are the USB peripherals (ie mouse, keyboard, etc). First photo has nothing plugged in - only the inside of the tower.

Connect hdmi cable directly to the graphics card. The CPU's igpu uses the motherboard video which is usually disabled when a graphics card is installed.

I did that before and didn't work until today. Weird. Well, it's up and running now so everything is good!

Thanks for your help!
