[SOLVED] Newly built PC won't boot

I just built my new AMD PC today, all fans are working but the monitor never receives any signal. Hooked my buzzer from my old system to the new motherboard since it doesn't have one but it is dead silent.
Specs:
MB: X570 Aorus Elite
CPU: 5900x
GPU: MSI GTX 1060
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance lpx 3200C16

1. I updated the BIOS to the newest one with the USB Q-Flash;
2. Tried every combination I can think of with the ram;
3. GPU is the only thing from my old system but it is working fine.

I have looked into a lot of not-booting cases but all of them seem to just have skipped the BIOS updates. Do I have a broken motherboard? Where else can I look for the source of the issue? Thank you very much.

You need the the F30 or newer bios to run that processor.

Luckily that board does not need a working processor to upgrade the bios.

I have updated the BIOS to f31q before building the PC. I am now trying to downgrade to f30 to see if anything changes.

I have figured out the problem. Turn out I forgot to plug the CPU power cables. No idea how I totally forgot about it... Thanks for the help anyway.
