Question Newly-Built PC wont display anything to the monitor (no signal)

My newly built PC looks like it is working fine, because all of the fans spin and all of the lights turn on but nothing is displayed to the monitor. My motherboard is showing red on the CPU light, which means there is a problem with the CPU. I have a Ryzen 9 5900x and a MSI B450m Mortar Max. I know that these parts are only compatible together with BIOS version 7b89v2c, So I installed that BIOS version on another computer and put it onto a USB drive and plugged it into the back of my new PC. There is still no signal being displayed, how do I fix this?
