Question Newly Built PC Won't Enter BIOS Or Connect To Display

I've just built my first PC and it appears to be starting up; all the rgb lights are coming on and I can hear and see the fans. However, I've connected it to two different monitors and tested them to make sure they work, and the PC still isn't recognizing it. My setup is:
  • R5 5600x
  • X-570 TUF Gaming Plus Wifi
  • 3060-ti
  • 16x2 RAM

There's a few things I've read online to be weary about. I'm aware that depending on what version of the Motherboard I got I may have to update the BIOS, but I should still be able to get into it and then update later, right?
I also know my CPU doesn't have integrated graphics, so I'm wondering if I should've plugged my cable from the monitor into the graphics card instead of the Motherboard. I can see the card is working because the RGB lights up, but will it still work even if I haven't installed the GPU drivers? From what I know I can't do that until I have OS set up and BIOS working...
Do the display issues have to do with the BIOS or my GPU/MB question?
I'm very new to all of this, so any help would really be appreciated.
