So I have owned my PC for a short while about two months or less and had no issues with it. I never had any issues with it until it shutoff while I was watching Netflix all of a sudden. I was downloading in the background but I've never had issues with it ever. Here are my Specs:

Phanteks Enthoo Luxe (Used case)
Ryzen 1600X (Stock Settings)
AsRock x370 Taichi
Radeon RX Vega 64 (stock Settings)
8GB Patriot Viper 4 DDR4 3200MHZ
Noctua NH-D15 CPU Cooler
EVGA 850W G2 80+ Gold

I am currently running both my GPU and CPU in stock since I don't have a need to overclock. I run mostly everything on my 1440p 60HZ(75HZ overclock) monitor at an avg of 60FPS smooth. Until I get a new monitor to push it I don't see a need to overclock. I do have an M.2 (for windows 10) and an SSD they are almost at full capacity about 80%. I'm not sure if this could cause a shutdown but I am honestly stumped trying to isolate the problem.

I reseated everything today and tried to turn it on; I even removed the old thermal paste and added it again. It came on for like 5 seconds fans started spinning and then shutoff (Same issues I have been having). Once it turns off I can't press the power button on the case anymore. I have to switch off my power supply and then turn it back on for the power button to be on the case. I checked the power cable going into the MOBO and it is in the appropriate placement. I removed the CMOS battery and put it back in. Nothing happened same issues.

The last thing I did was I shut everything off, turned on the power supply. I left the power off to my PC (Meaning I didn't push the case power button). I went to work for about 12 hours. Turned on the case power button. My PC boots and starts recovery. couldn't find recovery data so I just cancelled it. Turns out my PC didn't need recovery cause all my data is fine. I used my computer for a bit but then went to make dinner. By this time my PC went to sleep mode and the keyboard mouse gamepad is still on. I clicked my mouse it was unresponsive, I clicked my keyboard and it was also unresponsive, on my gamepad only the brightness was responsive, I pressed Caps lock and every key on my keyboard and it wouldn't turn on. I press the case power button and it did not turn on.

At this point I decided to turn off the power supply. I turn the power supply back on and then the case power button it turns on for like a second and shuts off. Back to square one.

I am kind of stumped as to what can be causing this. Is it a power supply problem or is it the case switch, or my MOBO? I do have enough power or else I don't think my PC would have started from the get go. Also I have noticed that the LED on the case never came on since I bought it. I bought it used on Ebay but it was almost brand new. not a single scratch. all the fans work. I don't have any LED strips on the case so I was wondering what could be causing this issue? Thank you all

UPDATE:

OBSERVED SYMPTOMS:
Before Reseating:
-Power shuts off randomly (1 second, 5 seconds, 30 seconds, post-boot, etc.)
-Fans start
-When random shutdown occurs, power button on case will not work and have to reset the PSU.
-MOBO LEDs turn on when PSU is reset, Turn off after random reset.
-CMOS battery removal did not solve issue.
-Power button cable is in the correct position on MOBO

Post Reseat:
-Was able to use computer no issues.
-System when into recovery, I cancelled it since I didn't have data on recovery.
-I did not lose any data.
-After computer when on standby/sleep mode I could not bring it out of standby mode.
-had to reset the PSU, and now random shuts off.

What I have not done:
Tested the PSU with my multimeter
Tested the CMOS with my Multimeter
Checked the case power button (having trouble reaching the button, I have to take apart the case)
I do not know which things to check for on the MOBO to test it.

I do have a multimeter but no O-scope. I do not know to check for specific components on the MOBO I have an ASrock x370 Taichi so if anybody can provide any insight as to which components I could test that could be causing a random shutdown or prevent the PC from coming from stand by. I am an electrician and I do believe it all leads to the power button short but could that prevent the PC from coming from stand by or even staying on?

Solution
Your SSD at 80% capacity should not be any problem. All SSD's are actually larger than their advertised capacity [over-provisioning], or that your operating system can see. So 80% full is just 80% of what Windows can see.
