I built a new PC and nothing is turning on at all; PSU fan doesn't spin, CPU cooler and case fans don't spin either.
I bought all PC components as new. I even checked if some parts had any visible fingerprints before I started handling them, there were none.
I put all the parts together in the case without testing it first. When I was finished, I pressed the power button on the case and nothing happens. No beeps, no fans spin, no LED. I don't have the GPU installed into the motherboard.
CPU: Intel Core i3-6100
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-A (rev 1.0)
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V 8GB (2x4GB) 2133mhz
CPU cooler: Stock
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti SC
Power Supply: Seasonic M12II 620W EVO
Hard drive: Western Digital 1TB Blue 7200RPM
Case: Corsair 100R (windowed)
Things that I have tried to resolve the problem:
1. Checked if everything is plugged into the right places and fully connected.
2. I took everything out of the case and tried to test if anything would turn on. CPU, HSF, RAM, and PSU hooked up. No new results.
3. Checked if standoffs are in the right places (I only had to install two standoffs myself since the case came preinstalled with standoffs are an ATX motherboard).
4. Both RAM are fully inserted, the lock switch(?) locks back in place by itself.
5. I only have 2 RAM slots, and I have 2 RAM, so that's in the right place.
6. CPU socket protector is removed.
7. CPU is installed correctly.
8. There doesn't seem to be any bent pins on the motherboard.
9. CPU cooler is installed correctly.
10. There are no wires under the motherboard. No screws are laying on the motherboard.
11. I wore an anti static wrist strap while building.
12. PSU is plugged in all the way and switched on.
