Newly built PC wont turn on.

I just built my third pc, and when i press the power button nothing happens. Ive made sure the motherboard and cpu powers are in fully, and that the ram is seated properly. Ive made sure to try and turn it on with the psu switch flipped both ways. I dont know what to do. Please help.

Specs
ryzen 1700 with stock cooler
1x8gb ddr4 ram
rx 480
120gb ssd
450w psu

or fans spin or lights on the motherboard come on etc

Try connecting a case speaker to the motherboard and see if any beeps when starting the board with no RAMs installed.

Yea I mean absolutely nothing. No fans start spinning, nothing. And I checked the PSU and it works fine

if totally nothing check you wired the power button on to the right pins

also check the wall socket the pc is plugged into is actually working ok

The wall outlet works, and I've tried every possible way with the power button.

try shorting out the 2 pwr pins with a screwdriver

if it starts up then might be your on/off button is the problem
