Should I get another 660 Ti for SLI?

Maybe a corsair H80i?

8g more of RAM?

I am just curious as to what someone else would upgrade next.

Turn down spell effects, zoom out. Trust me going higher on your CPU wont do much. Try overclocking your gpu some. More ram won't help.

I woul like to clock it higher than 4.4 to get max performance in a 25 man raid in world of Warcraft. At the moment I'm at 200+ fps in the open world but in a 25 man raid its running around 35-42 fps with settings on ultra and shadows turned off.

Almost any recent gpu in sli/crossfire is overkill.

My friend rocks gtx 560ti's in SLI and that is complete overkill.

Assuming your just after gaming performance, there's not much you can do to that rig other than getting a better graphics card, and the 660Ti isnt exactly low end either.

You could overclock the components a bit more, which would require better cooling on the CPU's behalf. IMO mid-range cooling isnt worth it so to upgrade from a 212+, I suggest you go straight to a Noctua NH-D14.
Custom water is also a possibility, but is in no way required to hit good overclocks.
