Newly created PC, did a little cable managment, need help now...

I built my computer and everything ran fine the first time. I got to noticing that I needed cable management because I had cables running everywhere. My case the CM storm enforcer has room behind where the motherboard for what I though was for cable management. I ran most of the cables behind the motherboard and now I cannot get my computer to connect to my TV. ( I use my TV as a monitor by using a HDMI cable, I ran this setup perfectly fine before cable management.) When I run the computer all the fans turn on ( CPU fan, Graphics card spins as normal, front and back fans work fine also). I no longer hear the beeping as the computer is booting up and the monitor is not getting a signal. What is wrong with my system?

Most likely there is a loose wire when you rearranged them. Check each one carefully and make sure you didn't pull any pins out, particularly if you have any Molex connectors.
