[SOLVED] newly installed ram not being used by windows

i bought 8x2 16gb ram kit from crucial for my predator helios 500 laptop. here is the problem:
after is installed both sticks, i boot up windows with only the original 16 gb rams .
it seems windows sees that there is additional 16gb but it doesn't use them for some reason
and the bios show them correctly
i tried few methods in which are:
msconfing
memory diagnostics
upgrade my windows to windows pro
i even formatted my laptop
nothing worked same problems
i tried to install one stick and that worked i get 24gb ram ( itried to install only one stick at a time for both module they works)
so i dont know why windows does not use all 32gb of ram
and help would be great <3

What do you mean by Windows doesn't use all of 32gb ram
Is your windows recognizing that there is 32gb of ram ?

So according to @aquielisunari

"Reversing their order MIGHT help. RAM is USUALLY installed in 1 and 3 slots and the other 2 in 2 and 4. Switch 1 with 3 and 2 with 4. Perform a cmos reset after each switch."

This might help.

Have you tried setting your onboard graphics to PCI Express if not then check this link and see if that helps
