[SOLVED] Newly pc built without ethernet driver

Hi Guys. so my friend just build a new gaming rig and after building it, it seems like the realtek ethernet driver is not detected. we have tried to reformat twice but it is still the same. we have installed new realtek ethernet driver but nothing is showing in device manager. we already turned on the lan port at the bios but everytime we go the screen, it has no internet. whenever we try to re install the driver for lan, it is showing that it is in deep sleep. can anyone help us with this? pc specs is below.

Ryzen 5 3600
MSI x570 a-pro
RTX 2080
32 gb ram 3600 mhz

As stated in the title I receive the error "Realtek Network Controller was not found. If Deep Sleep mode is enabled Please Plug the cable". This occurs when I try to install the MSI LAN driver for my motherboard. I've tried reinstalling windows to no avail. Any help with this would be appriciated
