Newly purchased RAM doesnt work in computer

Recently purchased 2x4gb of hyperx fury DDR3 1333mhz RAM upgrading from 4GB. I have tried to use 8gb and it just wont work it constantly reboots itself and I cant even make it to BIOS I have tried 1x4gb of the new RAM and was able to access bios but was unable to boot windows 7. The motherboard I have is ASUS P7H55M LE.

The Fury run off of PnP and aren't fully compatible with the H55 chipset
