News items open dozens on a page

For the last week or so, sometimes when I open a news item from the front page I get a page with the article followed by the next article - it just keeps opening them until I've got a dozen or more. Has anyone else seen this issue, or do I need to remove and re-install my browsers (yes, plural, seen it in Firefox and IE)?

We introduced a feature last week called "Infinite News", that automatically populates the next article page after you scroll to the bottom of an article page. It shouldn't be popping these up for you, but rather showing you them in the same page, following the article commentary area. If it's popping open or other disruptive behavior, it's not working right. The hope is that it makes reading articles in succession easier.
