We all heard Ukraine produces about 70% of the worlds supply of Neon. This is absolutely necessary for advanced nodes. The lion share of the remaining 30% is in China's hands. Even if the war ended in summer, Ukraine cannot repair it's production in time due to damage of infrastructure.

He predicts by this coming winter, neon supply will be bare bones, meaning chip mfg will be S.O.L.

im pretty sure this isnt exactly new as neon has been in low supply for a while now
