Newset update ruined my windows admin account

And by ruin I mean this

I cant open windows programs, I cant play my games properly, I cant even use my art programs which i need for my JOB!

I spent the past day and a half (no im not joking i have been awake for over 18h not including naps) trying every single fix. Using ccleaner, installing group play for win 10 home and giving me admins right there, trying to make a new local account which win 10 wont allow me to do because it auto closes the pop up window.

I have tried at least 12 fixes and restarted my pc over 17 times hoping the next reboot will work.
I am at a loss, Microsoft you better give me a fix for this.

Sounds like you enabled and are using the hidden administrator account.

At this point you probably made things far worse than they were, and it's time to reinstall windows and stop putting in random commands you have no idea as to what they actually do.

This was happening before i even tried to fix it. So I don't think I made it worse, like i said the built in admin problem started right after updating windows 10.
Instead of being rude maybe you should give some helpful advice.

My advice is the fastest and easiest one: REINSTALL WINDOWS
