Next build?

I downloaded and burnt Windows 7 Build 7201, I'm going to install it on my new gaming rig next week when I get it, but I was wondering if anyone knows when the next build comes out?, and whats the official release date for Windows 7.

It's not confirmed yet in terms of days or months, but I believe it's supposed to come out somewhere in the second or third quarter of 2009.
