Next gen gaming rig

Hi,
I've started coming up with a new build as my last pc has broken down so I decided to replace some components to get it working again. I just wanted some feedback on my choices and some recommendations on a good psu and cooling system to go with it. Im trying to get something near to the next gen consoles that have come out and this is as far as I have gotten.

CPU - AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
GPU - Asus Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB Video Card
Motherboard - Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

With current parts you should be able to beat the consoles. Is there a budget we should be aware of while finding parts?

if you plan to overclock, change the mobo. get something like gigabyte GA 970-UD3 or the Non LE version of your mobo. as for cooling, CM hyper 212 evo should fill your needs. and as for PSU, something like seasonic S12II 620W should be fine.
