I have a gtx 770 2gb and an AMD A10 3.7 gHz. Will that run most next gen games at 1080p and 60 fps?

well right now all i have is ac4 but i was also planning on modding skyrim a ton

It's not the CPU you need worry about it's the GPU. You could run games on high but you probably won't get 60 fps unless you get a better GPU or use SLI (two GPUs).

how much does it take to run two if theyre both 770s

I'd say probably a 750-850W PSU depending on what other hardware your running.
