So far we've had the chromatic (R/B/G/Y), metallic (G/S/C), and gemstone
(R/S/E) colors. Anyone have any ideas for the next new games in the series?
Perhaps instead of colors, it will be something like "Leaf" and "Fire," or
something similar.

Elemental (Fire/Leaf)? Or neochromatic (New Red/New Green)?

Silver Moon/Golden Sun/Crystal Star(fits in with one of the songs)

Hmmm, the colors are probably too close to G/S/C, but the names like
Moon/Sun/Star would be interesting, or something like that.

Too bad they'd be stealing it from MegaMan Battle Network 4, which
comes in Red Sun and Blue Moon versions.

Yes, and Fire Red and Leaf Green are too close to the original Red and
Green...

They are remakes of those two games, genius.

I'm not sure, but I think the next generation of Pokemon will be a GameCube
game.

One of the opening songs from pokemon had the lyrics:

'Golden sun & silver moon'

IIRC it was OK!

Besides, Bomberman used Red & Blue, MegaMan Battle Network 3 used Blue and White. It's just a seperator
title.

The main problem with the title Golden Sun is of course Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age. Soooo,
I'lll change it. Golden Dawn/Silver Twilight/Crystal Sky.

I do wonder if there will be a Water Blue or Electric Yellow for the FR/LG series

Electric Yellow would be the logical choice for the third game in the
series, but I wonder if they'll do it, since they are remakes to begin with.

Nah. DS all the way. That way, you get the 3Dness of Colosseum and the
portableness of just about all the other Pokemon games. Y'see,
Colosseum's the way it is because they want to keep the main game on the
handheld. Since the DS is on par with the N64 in terms of graphics
and such, you can totally have a 3D game on the go. All you gotta do is
figure out what to do with the touch screen. Separate command and view
screens in battle, perhaps?

Or maybe they could do forces of nature. You could have Pokemon
Hurricane and Tornado versions! Or Volcano and Meteor!

Not to mention Golden Sun... imagine that confusion.

"So, is it Pokemon: Golden Sun version or Golden Sun 3: Pokemon?"

Don't know, but there'd be a lot of angry rabid fans. And rabid fans of anything
are dangerous. Might be a couple of happy ones.

I second Adrian's suggestion for Elementals... with Water Blue being the
special edition remake of Blue, of course. Maybe a console "Rock Grey" where
you start with Geodude. Heh.

LOL. I used Geodude a lot when I first started Crystal. Then I got to the

The Water Gym in CRYSTAL? So you managed to beat the Elite Four without a
Pokémon capable of taking down Water types?

It's been a while. Isn't there a water gym before the Elite Four? I was
saying I went through most of the game using just a couple of pokemon, all
of which (Cyndaquil and Geodude, for example) had weaknesses to one gym that
really hung me up, and I'm sure it was a water gym. It was a gym on the
southwest end of the map, if I remember correctly.
