Been a long time since I visited this forum, about two years ago I believe, when I bought my last system which was;
GTX 680
i5 2500k(4.2)
8gb ram
Now I'm worried how my computer will handle the next generation titles, especially my ram and CPU so I'm looking to buy a new computer, but when should I do this? When broadwell comes out, start of 2014, or just do it now for christmas? What system would I need to have a good system maxing most titles, for at least a year or two? Is this system decent and will it at least be able to run medium on next gen games? If not, give me suggestions. I would like a system that maxes out most titles as I said, so CPU is the biggest worry. I mean, GPU can always go SLI if I need extra performance right? My gtx 680 would be fine for next gen I presume, but my CPU and Ram not so much.. But I'm not so good at building a computer on my own so I'm gonna have a pre-built one.

I think you can wait, your processor is still a beast and adding more RAM isn't too expensive (but I don't think you even need it). If you think your 680 is lacking, you can always add another one in SLI, which I think is the better move from a budget oriented perspective, if your MoBo and PSU are able to handle it, that is...
