i7-6700k 4.0
16 GB RAM
144Hz monitor

i would look for something in the 1070ti-2060 range. you can find 1070ti's for 350usd range on eBay right now

What resolution and Hz is your monitor?

Now is a terrible time to buy a gpu. Very little stock and when there is it is usually at inflated prices.

im running a 144 hz monitor. 1920 x 1080 standard.
