I guess coffe lake it comes on october and it will be 6/12 maybe on 14nm++, the question is, they will bring something new at the start of 2018? And Do you think will be a great improvement in Icelake? I don't want buy something and in few months be in the market something much better just for haven't waited enought

Thanks

If you wait for the next best thing, you will wait forever.
If you have a need now, buy now.

It looks like coffee lake this year is about 6 core processors. If your budget allows for one, and that is what you need, then perhaps you should wait.

OTOH, if you need many threads for batch apps, ryzen is a good deal.
When you buy a component in a PC build, there will always be something better on the market a few months later because this world so rapidly advances. You don't have to upgrade every time a new 'better' thing shows up—for example, if you purchased an i7-7700K recently, and the 8th generation processors show up in like 3 months from now, you don't have to upgrade to an i7-8700K just for 19% performance better.

But that doesn't mean you should get a Kaby Lake right now, when the Coffee Lake is about to show up. Also note that most of the time, Intel ***** people up with every new technology released—it always requires a new motherboard (just like Kaby Lake and 200-series, and Coffee Lake and 300-series).
