next option is not available when selecting any drive. help !!

i am using win7 and ubuntu 16.04 ,now my win7 screen is blank, i cant reinstall win7 because no drive giving me permission to do so. i want to use win7 and delete ubuntu.

Did you create a partition? Since Ubuntu runs on an EXT4 format drive, create a partition with NTFS format and try installing windows 7 on that partition.
