nextbook 8 tablet expandable sd card problem

i have a nextbook 8 quad core android tablet with a 64 gb expandable slot problem , 64gb micro sd card not showing up when sd card is installed , card has youtube music movies (songs ) , same movies on 32 gb sd card show up just fine . tried two different 64 gb micro cards , different brands . etc. changed formats, same problem . i have been trying to find out why 64 gb cards don't work when it says expandable up to 64 gb .

i bought it from wal mart .
