Nexus7 cant sign in to windows vista pc

My nexus 7 can't sign into Windows Vista,anybody got any ideas,looks like I've bought a bummer.

How about some background...new or used computer etc. What error are you receiving ? Logon screen you can't get past password, or what ?

Computer is ACER,three year old,I put my email address and password in click Done,and all I get back is, could'nt sign in to a reliable source.Without any explanation as to why,so thats about as much as I can tell you,its a bummer.
