Does anyone know where online a nForce 4 Ultra MB is available. All I can seem to find are the nForce 4 SLI versions. Any and all leads are appreciated!

Gigabyte makes one, the K8NXP-939. I got mine today. Packaging looks excellent, even has a wireless nic included, has 8 x sata cables and a whole bunch of other stuff as well.

You are not alone. I've been waiting for about 2 months for actual availability of non-sli mobos. Newegg HAD some Gigabytes but quickly sold out. I am getting quite sick of reading review after review of nF4 Ultra mobos that are not available to mere humans. Reviewers should not write about these if they are the only ones who can receive one!

Ah, it's part of the marketing shell game: give certain folks non-production boards for review - get us amped up and then give system makers dibs on first production runs. We get leftovers and shortages until the craze dies down.

I just love technology! Two nForce4's in my office now.

I connected everything last night, so far so good. Just started out with keyboard problems, after windows XP installation it didn't want to work (not even in BIOS) managed to install SP's etc. with the mouse and the Keyboard started working again...

Excellent package, actually has 8 SATA cables and a whole bunch of other stuff. (Only comes with norton internet security, not much else)

One thing: My PC case is getting power current from somewhere, touching it doesn't shock but you can definately feel the voltage / amps. The MB has a extra power converter card that supplies 6 phase power to the CPU, might be where the power is getting to the case's metal. Maybe i should insulate the MB from the case?

Set up 2x 160GB Seagate 7200.7 (with NCQ) HD's on the Nforce4 Raid0 config (64Kb blocks). Still thinking about changing the windows cluster size with partition magic as well. Haven't had a chance to benchmark or even install a game will post again when I have more info.
I'm considering to benchmark the NForce4 RAID0 with the SIL3114 RAID controller on the MB but I'm not sure if one can move the raid set without having to re-install? The NForce supports NCQ with hardware and the SIL3114 (as far as I can tell) with software. Does anyone know how much of a diffirence it can make?

I live in South Africa and got the MB from Rectron. (the have offices around the world) there was a 2 week wait for the board, the price actually came down before they even had the board in stock.

Here's my setup:
GA-K8NXP-939
AMD 64 3200+
GeForce 6600GT
1GB RAM (standard 2.5 CLS Kingmax)
2x 160GB HD's
