Which mainboard chipset is faster and better? NForce 650i Ultra from or Intel 965P?
XFX NForce 650i Ultra or Gigabyte GA-965P-S3? Thx for any comment.

The 965 is being replaced by the P35 and soon to be released P38 chipsets. The 965 is slighty more overclockable than the 650i, but either is a good set up. The 650i runs SLI if that's what you plan on running. If you have less than a 22" widescreen monitor, SLI will not do much for you. Gigabyte builds top of the line MBs, I have never owned an XFX MB. Maybe the XFX 650i is a good board? Look around for some reviews and go for it.

The 650i is the better chipset overall or in general, depends on how you take it.

However, the P965 should offer better overclocking on most brands and is much more economical and cooler.

I disagree - imo 965 is better (& I've got boards with both).
P35 should be slightly better again.
