In yours opinion wich is the best performance solution between the following
:

1.
CPU 9x270
RAM CPU/11
HT 270x3

2.
CPU 10x240
RAM CPU/10
HT 240x4

Thanks in advance.

Well, my personal guess would be the latter, since your memory would
run at 240MHz vs. 220MHz. CPU speed between the two is going to be
close enough to ignore and for single-processor systems either one of
these setups would provide FAR more hypertransport bandwidth than
you'll need.

That being said, there are two important points to remember:

1. You will NEVER notice the difference between these two settings.
In fact, it's almost certain that you won't notice the difference
between these two settings and the systems stock speed.

2. There are more factors at work here than can easily guesstimated
at, so real-world performance could easily go either way or even have
your systems stock speed being faster than either of these two
overclocks. Even if the system is running "stable" it might have to
reduce memory timings in order to prevent errors, or any number of
other possible problems that could affect the performance.
