Question NFS Carbon on Windows 10

I've researched this before posting but so far I have not had any success getting NFS Carbon to play on Windows 10. The game will install fine, but when I click to play nothing happens. I did try running in compatibility mode for xp sp3, 7, 8, but no good. I do right click and choose to open as administrator, etc. One other issue I've noted is that if I go to properties and specifically open the compatibility option to run in different OS version it states I need to login as administrator, but if I go through the troubleshooter it will allow me do at least go through with the process, but still won't load in other versions. I am using the actual official game DVD.

Not going to get it to run under Window 10. The DRM is incompatible. And we don't allow discussion of ways around that here.
