Question nfs Payback lagging

Playing NFS PAYBACK lagging sometimes, when going to tunnel inside and race,

here is my spec

i5 7500
8gb 2400MHz
gtx 1660 Super (auto mood)
2 tb hdd
windows 10

why lag ?

both cpu and gpu usage same 70-80% maybe, i next time upload to you pic am not remember exact usage..

gpu temp is 69c when play payback
cpu temp is 42c

my screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 (1080p 59hz)

can u suggest to me some graphic settings and NVidia control panel profile settings for this spec. i5 7500 +8gb ram +1660 super ?

i want to play these games smoothly but nfs and gta v online are lagging & shuttering. I tried changing profile graphic settings NVidia.. playback some times stuttering and I dont know what is wrong. I hope to add another 8gb ram.
