Nfs rivals is not running well

NFS rivals is not running smooth but battlefield 4 does
Here are my PC specs-
Cpu- Intel core i3 3.1 GH
Graphics card- Amd 6670 1gb
Ram- 4gb ddr3
Os- Windows 8.1 x64

Although the game is hard locked at 30 FPS for PC, your card should be able to run that. You may have to turn down some shadow settings, but other than that, I see no reason why you can't at least achieve the 30 FPS ceiling. There are fixes for the game that have bypassed the 30 FPS limit, but you need some serious hardware to maintain it because due to the coding of the game and the hard locked at 30, if you drop below 60 (and you will with your current hardware) then the game is completely unplayable. I hope this helps. Also double check your drivers to see if AMD has anything new. Currently AMD is on 13.2 BETA for support of Mantle in BF4. Start there and see if you get a boost!
