NFS Undercover Pop up and stutter

Hi,the first time I played NFS Undercover it was running great,no pop up,stutter or anything,except the shadow render,ugh :/.So I uninstall it.And now,I reinstall it and played it again,I got HORRIBLE worlds pop in and annoying stutter every 2-4 seconds...my spec is just enought I got 30 FPS average but the problems is the stutter and the pop in.I defragmented the disk,wipe the disk,etc,etc.Still.Even that I did a lot of optimization to my laptop,I know that it's badly optimized,just need a fix,I tried to disable Core 0 in task manager it help but still some mini stutter and the pop up still come,thats annoying.Here my spec:Intel i5 520m 2.40 GHZ,8 GB Ram,NVS 5100M.Don't ask me to buy a new gpu,first time I played it,it was enought and good.

Hm,I just uninstall it and reinstall it with a different video,and now I think it's ok,but still small pop up,do a need a new GPU to fix it?(Ill use a eGPU because it's a laptop) Like GTX 560 TI?Cant go better than that,maybe if I got luck,because my budget is 50-70$
