I am 63% complete in the game...
Stage 1, 2, & 3 are complete...
It's telling me I'm 104% complete in stage 4...

But I see nothing on the map.

I am to old to keep wandering around looking for a race I missed...

Stage 4 is telling me 6/7 URL's won. I won all I raced so there must be one
left.

Any Ideas of how to find it before I die of old age?

Any help appreciated.

You need to install visual upgrades to get your car's
rating to a 6.0 (or higher), and collect the "dvd",
to unlock the last URL in stage 4.

If you do the outruns in each stage, you get one of the
better viusal upgrades for free. Unfortunately, other
than winning these upgrades, there's no other way to
buy them, as they never get unlocked.

You also have to visit the body and specialty shops
in all the areas to unlock stuff.

Stuff you can install that doesn't affect appearance of car:

engine paint and neon (paint, specialty shop)
hydraulics (specialty)
nos spray in colors (specialty)
trunk upgrades and neon (paint, specialty shop)

Other upgrades:

Bumpers and sideskirts (body shop)
Roof scoops (body shop)
Spoilers (body shop and maybe specialty shop (split))
split hood (specialty)
body paint (paint shop)

Outrun stuff

high value wheels (like lexani)
front to back split hood (like trap)
split spoilers (like lynx, can be bought for SUV's)
widebody kit

I followed the info you gave me above. I hung more carp on the car. That gave me
the dvd's. Soon as I got the third the URL showed on the map...

Is it just me...
The cars seam to have fairly normal control until you are in a drag race...
What is up with that. I almost feel it's just luck to finish...

The drag races have "lanes". Tap left or right to change. No need (or
even possible) to freely steer.

Really the drags & drifts are pretty lame. The rest is not bad...

Yeah, the drags are a little odd... Tracks too, who the heck would drive
drag races on bumpy half finished construction roads or a train yard
with lots and lots of obstacles in real life?

Drifts are fun though, especially downhill. Fairly realistic (except,
again, for the traffic bit...no one would be crazy/stupid enough to go
against traffic I.R.L.)

You can win the drifts in career mode with a rear wheel drive car
by setting front grip to 0, and setting rear grip to maximum.
Also turn on stability control, this slows down the rate the car
rotates at, and helps increase the points you get during a drift.

This isn't the best possible setup, but it's the easiest to drive
and more than enough to win career mode events.

Just fishtail the car side to side all the time. Try to determine
the center of rotation, and keep that from moving too much one
way or the other.
