NH-C14 or NH-L12

I'm having a hard time deciding on which Noctua to get.
I'm running a i5-4670K 3.4GHz, no overclocking just yet, but I will in the future.
The NH-C14 will have to be run with just the bottom fan for clearance. It's got a max of 130mm. (I'll be using the other as exhaust in the back)

I'm assuming I should go with the NH-C14 but I want to make sure I could save some scratch and space with the NH-L12 and achieve roughly the same results.

Unfortunately no. I picked up the NH-U12S, but it didn't fit inside so I just had to return it.

then you have a slim case give the model and name of it ,you may have hard time if you overclock the cpu because it could overheath .

It's an InWin 901.

I also tried an H75 cooler but it blocked all my rear IO ports.

this one fit in http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=productview&products_id=32&lng=fr&set=1 they also use a 120 mm water cooling for the cpu ,dont overclock the cpu in that case there is no air flow other then the cpu cooler if you could get a atx case that will handle at least 4 fans for cooling if you want to overclock the cpu but you will have to check all the other part in the system specialy the psu for the overclock and powering the gpu in .see the picture for water cooler they put the radiator and fan on the ouside back panel http://www.inwin-style.com/fr/goods.php?act=view2&id=901#product_tab

i am having the same dilemma now for the 901
