NH-D14 cover ram on Asus M5A99FX?

I am looing at building a FX8350 Overclock tower in a Phantom case with a
ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0
NH-D14 Cooler
Corsair vegence RAM
750W PSU
2 R9 270x

Now i am worried that the cooler will cover the ram slots on this specific motherboard and was wondering if i should switch to a different cooler or a different motherboard, i have already bought the ram for this build and was wondering it if will all fit and run together correctly. Just get low profile RAM. Vengeance 2x4GB DDR3 1600 MHz comes in black, blue, red, white, and green low profile.
