Hi,
I am looking to buy the Noctua DH-D15 twin fan CPU cooler, but I am not sure if it will fit with my RAM.
PC Part Picker thinks that it should, however the Noctua site seems to suggest that you can move the fan up 5mm to allow for RAM that is 37mm tall - Clicky
The G.Skills website says that my RAM is 40mm tall: Clicky
My case can fit coolers upto 171mm tall: Clicky
Has anyone managed to fit this cooler with the same components? Motherboard is ASRock Z87 Extreme4 if it is needed.
If not which CPU cooler would people recommend. I have a H100i but it is so noisy that i want to go back to air. I don't want to try a custom loop.
